Package Overview
On the day of your arrival, you will be picked-up by our tour representative from the Kathmandu Airport and will be transferred straight to the hotel for check-in. After your check-in, you have the rest of your day for independent leisure and explore the nightlife scene of the Kathmandu followed by an overnight stay in the hotel.
On your first morning in Kathmandu, you will be savouring on the scrumptious cultural dishes in the buffet breakfast at the hotel followed by an excursion tour. Your first destination during the excursion tour will be Nagarkot which is a prominent hub for people seeking a detailed gaze of the Himalayan peaks. Here, you can witness three of the highest peaks on the surface of earth and witness the massive size of nature surrounding us all. After your excursion through the natural bliss of Nagarkot, you will be transferred to the picturesque Bhaktapur Valley. The valley is known as the City of Devotees where you can find the spirituality and cultural bliss of the nation. After an excursion through the Bhaktapur, you will be transferred back to the hotel for independent leisure followed by an overnight stay.
Today, get ready early to enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel buffet followed by check-out and transfer to the Pokhara. The road trip will last for nearly 6 hours and offer some great views of the natural surroundings. On your arrival to Pokhara, you will be transferred directly to the hotel for check-in and get the rest of your day for independent leisure followed by an overnight stay.
On the 4th day of your trip, enjoy some tasty dishes in the buffet breakfast available at the hotel followed by half day Pokhara city tour. During the tour, you will be exploring the array of bewitching beauty of the culture, nature, art and spiritual attributes by visiting the most prominent attractions such as Bindabasini Temple, Gupteshwar Cave and the Devi Falls that are noted as the great treasure of natural artistry and refreshing attributes available in the region. Later the day, you will be transferred back to the hotel where you can either choose to relax or can go for independent leisure to explore the nightlife and shopping scene of the city. Reach back to the later in the evening for an overnight stay.
On the 5th day of your trip, you will be enjoying your last breakfast in Pokhara followed by check-out from the hotel and transfer by road to the beautiful capital city of Kathmandu. Once you reach to the city, you will be transferred to the hotel for check-in followed by independent leisure in the rest of the day and an overnight stay.
Today, get delighted by the scrumptious dishes in the breakfast at the hotel buffet followed by Kathmandu city tour. The tour will give you this wonderful opportunity to have a first-hand experience of the spiritual richness of the city by exploring some of the most fascinating attractions of the city including Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhnath Temple and Swyambhunath Temple. After your visit to these scenic and serene places, have a stroll at the Old Durbar Square to witness the daily life scene of the natives. Later the day, you will be transferred back to the hotel for independent leisure followed by an overnight stay.
On the last day of your trip, enjoy a fascinating range of cultural dishes in the buffet breakfast followed by checking-out of the hotel. After check-out, you have the rest of your day based on your flight schedule for independent leisure. As per your flight timings, reach to the pick-up point for your airport transfer. - Any flight/Railway/Bus Travel charges.
- Meals that are not specified in inclusions.
- Any sort of personal expenditure like Landry, phone bills, alcohol etc.
- Anything else that is not mentioned in the inclusion.
Policy
- For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
- For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
- After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
- Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
- In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
- Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.
- The Package is Refundable
- Cancellation Fees if any will be discussed at the time of booking
- Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.
- Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
- Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable
- Above policies are subject to change without any prior notice and you will get the final policies by your booking agent.
- Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
- Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
- No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
- Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
- If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
- If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
- Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
