Daywise Itinerary
On arrival at Ho Chi Minh City, a representative will welcome you and assist with your transfer to Park Hyatt Saigon. After check-in, the rest of the day is free for personal exploration. You may wander through Ben Thanh Market, taste authentic Vietnamese street food, or stroll past French colonial landmarks. This first day of your Vietnam tour package gives you the freedom to enjoy the vibrant culture of Ho Chi Minh City at your own pace.
After breakfast, set out on a guided excursion to the Mekong Delta, one of the highlights of any Vietnam holiday. Begin with a visit to Vinh Trang Pagoda, a significant Buddhist site in the region. Continue with a boat ride along the canals, where you will see riverside villages, fruit orchards, and coconut groves. Taste local tropical fruits, sip honey tea, and enjoy Don Ca Tai Tu, the UNESCO-recognized southern folk music of Vietnam. A short horse cart ride gives you a glimpse of rural life before lunch at a local garden restaurant. Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the evening. This day of your Vietnam travel itinerary blends natural beauty with cultural traditions.
In the morning, drive northwest to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, one of the most famous historical sites in Vietnam. This vast underground network once sheltered Vietnamese fighters during the war. Learn about the history, see preserved exhibits, and for those who wish, crawl through a section of the tunnels to understand the conditions faced by soldiers. Your guide will share stories about the resilience and determination of the Vietnamese people. Policy
- For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
- For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
- After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
- Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
- In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
- Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.
- The Package is Refundable
- Cancellation Fees if any will be discussed at the time of booking
- Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.
- Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
- Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable
- Above policies are subject to change without any prior notice and you will get the final policies by your booking agent.
- Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
- Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
- No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
- Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
- If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
- If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
- Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
