Daywise Itinerary
On the day of your arrival to Cochin Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand as per the bookings, you will be received by our tour representative and will be transferred to the designated hotel in Munnar. After reaching to the hotel, you will be welcomed and check-in at the property to settle down. Later in the day, you have all the free time for independent leisure and discover the prominent places you are pleased by to explore. Reach back to the hotel room later in the evening and have an overnight stay.
Your first morning of the trip will commence with some fantastic buffet breakfast at the hotel in Munnar followed by a fabulous sightseeing tour of Munnar. The first place in the sightseeing tour will be Eravikulam National Park, noted as an impeccable place to witness the massive and rare range of flora and fauna found in the region. Spend some time here before you are ushered to the Mattupetty Dam, Old Munnar Town and Town Market respectively for independent leisure. After a wonderful spell of a complete day of sightseeing and independent leisure, you will be transferred back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Today, you will enjoy a lip-smacking buffet breakfast at the hotel to replenish your energy for the experiences about to come followed by checking out procedure. After your check-out is done, you will be transferred straight to the astounding lands of Thekkady by a road trip. The trip will consist for over 3 hours in total and will take you through a superlative range of attractive landscapes and awe-inspiring remote areas. Upon your arrival to Thekkady, you will be checking-in at the hotel and will leave for the sightseeing tour to the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and Periyar Lake that offers a massive range of activities and attractions (customer pay directly at the location) for some better delights. Later in the evening, reach back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
On your 4th day of the trip, you will be enjoying a scrumptious early morning breakfast at the buffet at the hotel followed by the transfer to Alleppey by road. The road trip takes nearly 4 hours by road without any halt. Upon your arrival to Alleppey, you will be transferred to your houseboat for check-in where you will enjoy some quality cruising, delicious delicacies in lunch and dinner and plenty of exquisite amenities for a luxurious experience. Policy
- For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
- For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
- After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
- Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
- In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
- Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.
- The Package is Refundable
- Cancellation Fees if any will be discussed at the time of booking
- Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.
- Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
- Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable
- Above policies are subject to change without any prior notice and you will get the final policies by your booking agent.
- Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
- Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
- No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
- Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
- If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
- If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
- Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
